Faithful to your history.Built for what’s next
ETG Ministry Partners helps pastors and leadership teams find what’s really holding the church back, then build the systems to move forward without losing who you are.
The problem you see is rarely the problem.
Pick the one that sounds like your church. We’ll show you what’s usually producing it, and where we’d start.
The same twelve people do everything, and they’re getting tired.
There’s no clear way in. Asks happen person to person, so the willing get asked again and again, and nobody new is trained or thanked.
A volunteer pathway: one invitation, one short training, a rotation, and a way to say thank you.
Sunday runs on memory and good intentions.
What needs to happen lives in a few people’s heads. Nothing is written down, and no one owns each moment of the service.
A written run of service, one owner for each moment, and a short weekly check-in.
The announcements get longer, and people still don’t know what’s going on.
Every ministry competes for the pulpit, there’s no single place to look, and nothing decides what matters most this week.
One weekly channel everyone knows, clear priorities, and fewer announcements from the pulpit.
Young people come, but very few of them serve.
Youth ministry is built around events and one tired leader. Students attend, but nobody has a plan for giving them a real role.
A plan for your next generation ministry: the team, the calendar, and how young people move from attending to serving.
The pastor needs a Sunday off, and there’s no one to fill the pulpit.
Pulpit supply gets arranged by phone at the last minute, and the teachers you already have were never trained to carry more.
A prepared message for your congregation and your season, and training for your Bible study teachers and leaders.
Every church is perfectly designed to get the results it’s getting.
We don’t come to fix your people. We find the system that keeps producing the same result, and help your team build a better one.
See how an engagement works→Four areas. One church.
Most churches recognize themselves in more than one. That’s normal, because they’re connected. You don’t have to know where to start. That’s what the first conversation is for.
Communications
Does everyone know what’s happening, inside and outside the walls?
Next Generation
Are young people finding a place to serve, not just a place to sit?
Church Operations
Does the work actually get done, even when one person is out?
Preaching & Teaching
Need someone to step into the pulpit or the classroom?
We come into the room.
No webinars and no binders that sit on a shelf. We meet your people where ministry happens and leave one plan your team can carry.
- STEP 01
A conversation
You tell us what’s going on. We tell you honestly whether we can help.
- STEP 02
We visit
We come on site, sit with your pastor and leaders, and see a Sunday for ourselves.
- STEP 03
The written plan
One plain-language document: what’s producing your results, and what to change first.
- STEP 04
We train your team
We walk your leaders through the plan so they own it, not just read it.
- STEP 05
Step back or stay on
Your choice. We hand it off, or stay on as advisors while the plan takes hold.
What changes when a church sees the real problem.
Work led by our Senior Partner, Ezekiel Taylor, inside the churches below.
students every week, up from about ten
Youth ministry rebuild
Inherited about ten students after the youth pastor resigned. Rebuilt the ministry around a team, not one leader.
- Core volunteer team grew from 3 to 10, with a 30–40 person bench for big events
- Dedicated budget for four major events a year
- Weekly attendance of 60 to 100 students
in worship, through the pandemic
A plan to come back together
Arrived mid-pandemic to a congregation with no plan to return to worship.
- Outdoor services on an LED wall, with audio over FM radio
- Rotating 50-person indoor services by sign-up
- Full capacity, and growth to close to 500
camera runs the whole livestream
Communication on a real budget
A small sanctuary, no budget for robotic cameras, and members who needed to stay connected from home.
- A full rebrand of the church’s look and voice
- A rolling one-camera rig with no cords across the aisle
- A website that opens on a reel of an actual service
words that define the church: Decide, Determined, Distinguished
Planting Krino Church
Uniting People Church needed more than a new name. Ezekiel led a complete rebrand into Krino Church, with a new vision, a new team and new people.
- An identity built on three words: Decide, Determined, Distinguished
- Clear leadership roles from day one
- A simple, Bible-teaching Sunday with no heavy production
- Union Baptist Church
- Cornerstone Baptist Church
- Mt. Sinai Baptist Church
- Lee’s Chapel
- Triumphant Church
- Krino ChurchFounded

A firm, not a one-man show.
Every engagement is led by a senior partner. When your plan calls for a specialist, we bring in a network partner who has done that work inside a congregation.
Will you try to make our church contemporary?
No. We don’t change your worship, your theology or your traditions. We work on how the church is organized, how it communicates, and how it raises up the next generation. A church can keep its hymnal and still have a volunteer system that works.
Do you work with our denomination?
Most of the churches we serve are Baptist and Methodist congregations. We respect your polity, whether decisions run through a deacon board, trustees, a church council or the conference, and we build the plan to fit it.
Can you preach for us while our pastor is away?
Yes. Preaching and teaching is one of our four areas. We can fill the pulpit for a Sunday, a revival, an anniversary or a season, with a message prepared for your congregation.
Let’s talk aboutwhat’s next.
“And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will guide you with knowledge and understanding.”Jeremiah 3:15 · NLT
